Hi! I'm Clair Zenden, an independent mortgage broker and self-confessed property geek!
I love all things property related - I have way too many Rightmove alerts hitting my inbox and watching Location, Location, Location is one of my guilty pleasures.
I have first hand experience in buying and selling properties, adding value to your home for a profit; both as a home owner and property investor. I'll happily share my knowledge with you.
My aim is to take the stress out of arranging mortgages and insurances. Both can be daunting tasks, so I'm here to guide you - offering advice, support and encouragement every step of the way.

A typical fee for my service is £395 but, I will confirm the fee during our initial conversation.
This includes my advice and managing the process from start to finish, so you can focus on life in general.
(I also receive a procuration fee from the lender)
